Acknowledgment of Job Consultancy Services
By accessing and using the services provided by Jobistaan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Job Placement Assistance
Jobistaan will assist you in finding suitable job opportunities based on your qualifications, skills, and work experience. However, please note that job placement is not guaranteed, and the final selection decision rests solely with the respective employer.
2. Expected Salary Declaration
You confirm that you are ready to proceed with the job application process based on your declared expected salary.
Any change in salary expectations during or after the interview process must be communicated upfront.
Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the recruitment process.
3. Consultancy Fee Agreement
Jobistaan deducts a certain percentage from the candidate’s first month’s salary as a consultancy charge. The exact percentage (%) is mutually decided at the time of signing the agreement/bond with Jobistaan. Apart from this, Jobistaan does not charge any additional or hidden fees.
4. Compliance and Responsibility
You agree to respond promptly to all communications from Jobistaan and potential employers.
If you fail to respond to calls/messages, refuse to join after selection, or decline to pay agreed consultancy charges, Jobistaan reserves the right to initiate recovery action.
In such cases, Jobistaan’s recovery team may visit your address as per official documents submitted (e.g., Aadhaar card).
5. Accuracy of Information
You confirm that all information and documents provided by you are accurate, valid, and truthful.
Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the recruitment process or blacklisting from future opportunities.
6. Data Sharing Authorization
You authorize Jobistaan to share your professional information (resume, education details, work experience, etc.) with potential employers for relevant job openings.
7. Dispute Disclaimer
Jobistaan acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for:
- Disputes
- Disagreements
- Employment-related issues between you and the employer
8. Voluntary Consent
By using our services, you confirm that you are entering into this agreement voluntarily and without any force or pressure from Jobistaan.
You agree to fully abide by all the terms mentioned above.
